My name is Dorinel Lapadat and I am CEO for DL Management Consulting AB.

After 30 years of experience in a number of large and medium-sized companies in different management positions and completed projects, I decided to start my own Management Consulting company, hoping to help more companies in their development in the future.

My assignments have varied over the years ranging from establishing new production units to leading structural profound changes such as relocation of companies abroad to organizational development, implementation of 5S, continuous improvement, production optimization, inventory management, purchasing strategy and creation of new factory layouts.

I am a senior and experienced leader who has worked in several management positions in a variety of industries. I know what it takes to lead and run activities against set goals, have been involved in both ups and downs, turning red numbers to blacks, finding new business, developing employees, enforcing change, managing crises and unexpected situations. Some important parameters for managing and pushing big changes are to be responsive, analytical, flexible, solution oriented.

No assignment is the same, and therefore the solutions look different for each company.
